Today had my NAPFA.

Quite happy la.

Sit-up: 31 -5 points[cause i've got muscles ache :( ]
Sit and reach: 46 -5 points
Inclined pull-up: 17 -5 points
Standing board jump: 172 -3 points [all thanks to lixuan's shoes :) ]
Shuttle run: 10.7 -5 points

Haha.
Hmmm.2.4 haven't run yet..
After NAPFA went for dance.


For the GLAMOROUS :)

So happy :)
But the GLAMOROUS is dancing for the last time on stage.
So,we'll make sure it's the best of all the performances we had.
To make it memorable :)
I won't forget that we won last year's NC talent.
I won't forget our 1st year of NC-opps!
I won't forget our 'He said she said' on Teachers' day.
I will not forget our last dance,as GLAMOROUS,on national day celebration.
